Like most start-ups, you will be given a whole lot of opportunities to prove yourself. You get to take part in many different tasks and be a part of every team, all you need to do is take the initiative. Hard work will be recognised and rewarded, but at the same time if your work doesn't meet expectations, be prepared to hear some really honest feedback and criticism. You'll have a lot of driven and talented colleagues, from all over the country and so there's a lot of diversity. But you’ll still feel at home over here, and there’s a lot you can learn from everyone.
