Svantaggi
This company has extremely poor customer service, extremely poor Shopper assistance protocols, when you are having issues with an order, be prepared to wait anywhere between 45 minutes to 2 hours to get assistance via the automated app, if you call in, you'll be waiting a few hours exceeding up to three, and they don't care about their contracted Shoppers because we're not employees, so prop 22 hindered everything we were trying to build, we wanted a union, and that was prevented by all the retards that voted yes on 22!! People that don't even work in the field voted on a proposition that would not benefit them in anyway and hindered our progression toward becoming employees, so now this company has robots, I bought service that steals the batches within 5 to 10 seconds, if you see 10 batches, you don't have an opportunity to even click on one to view its location, it's gone, if you plan on making anywhere between 10 to $20 for 12 hours of work, this company is a hurry-up-and-wait scenario for you, you will make anywhere between 12 to $20 in 12 hours of work, because all you'll do is get one job and get frustrated, they will send you into situations where customers are hostile, they will send you into situations where customers do fraud and you'll be responsible for them doing fraud on you, I would recommend you wear a body cam, I have taken instacart to court and we settled out of court based on I could not sue the company, so I sue the individual the actual employee that sent me to the location because instacart was protected against my legal team, but the employee that sent me to that hazardous location, and then try to deactivate my account when I called for a 911, was sued in court and lost. There's endless cons working for this company, and I mean con artist, and they're your customers, if you don't record everything that you do, if you do not wear a body cam if you do not take pictures upon the delivery of your items even when you hand the customer the items, they will lie and therefore you will be deactivated, I'm a perfect five star Shopper, I've been this way since I've employed in, and the reason for this, I film everything I do, I 4.5 million YouTube followers, I put one video up, within one month it makes me $50,000, the con is instacart, it's the way they treat their him contractors, us, well this revolution will not be televised, it will happen on the phone, they don't realize that we are the face of their company. And they have extreme competition, Target, started a company called shipt, that's their competition, and it's an amazing competition because they recruited me, and I make $2,000 a week, working the same amount of hours that I would did at instacart. I provide the same exact service, that I provided an instacart, but at Shipt, when you contact Shopper support agents of the other app, you get a response and 30 seconds, not two hours... The con of instacart, they under pay their shoppers, they don't charge any heavy fee for bulky items, Labor law requires that you pay a $4 transportation fee, on any items weighing over 40 lbs, if someone orders eighteen 32 packs of water, instacart only charges $4 for the delivery of all that weight. Shipt, paid me $8,000 last month, instacart, is the con!!!
