Clearly, I think The executive team does not know how to run a drug company and does not have experience in the drug development process especially in cell therapy. Apparently, Panic when problem arises. Decisions made without detailed plan. The company had the best technical team, resources and science but destroyed by the top management hand. This opinion is aligned with what other reviewers said here. The recent layoff was handled poorly by HR with very limited assistance. the worst in my career. Very unprofessional and cold delivery and not care of the employees at all. Very regret to work for Instil Bio. Do not recommend working for this group of HR team, Executives and board of director again.
