Everyone is down to Earth and approachable which is such a breath of fresh air compared to other organizations I've been a part of. It’s a place where high standards and kindness coexist. With rapid growth comes some growing pains—processes are still catching up, but the company is aware of this and many great initiatives are moving forward to help lessen this pain point. But even so, those growing pains are not terrible.
