Great collegial environment with extremely smart and friendly people. The company has a fantastic culture and work life balance. The work is very demanding at times but also rewarding. Lots of Interesting challenges in a fast past environment. You will definitely learn alot working here.

Company is owned by nomura and its clearly felt throughout the organization. There is seemingly never ending layoffs and corporate restructuring that takes place. They change their ceo's often and with that comes change...sometimes good but usually bad. You are nothing more than a number and constantly looking over your shoulder waiting to get axed. Compensation is horrible compared to industry. You will get regular 1-2% raises and maybe 10% bonus if your lucky. They preface their terrible comp with yearly emails timed perfectly with comp season explaining how tough a year they had! There is also no room to move up as all senior leadership has been there forever and won't stick their neck out to promote you. It's very frustrating. They are also extremely cheap with spending and lag way behind in technology. After I left i couldn't believe how archaic they were with so many different aspects of their systems.
