Work from home only sometimes.

I was hired for a complete work from home, but was required to work from office at least 3 to 4 days weekly as time progressed, so basically the reason I took on the role was almost eliminated. The constant restructure means that they want to keep you in your role without going anywhere due to the extremely high turnover and the false promise of career delopment which was non existent. Took me far too long to realise that the illusion of better internal opportulnities were only that... an illusion. This company is all smoke and mirrors, You as an individual are irrelevant. Only corporate profits matter. Nothing else.
