Whilst it is a good company to work for, you dont feel in control of your destiny due to the constant restructures. Feels hard to get any opportunities or progress. Most are internal and seem to be impossible to break through if you dont know people, especially when you are always shifting. Frequent changes in Leadership is also challenging. HR is non existent it feelsm you need to stand alone.
