A rare org. that embraces change. Given that it's an insurance research/comm org, the work one would not expect the work to be engaging, but III has proven to be a great place to do creative and innovative work. Fairly regular hours. Interesting and talented coworkers.

Few that I can think of. It's a place with an established workforce, so the pace of change sometimes can be slow. Small (~20 on-site) org, so not a buzzing hive of activity. Offices in financial district can make commutes dicey.

Great benefits! Very few companies provide a 401k and a pension! The majority of the people here are genuinely nice. More like a family than a business.

The nature of the business makes it a 24/7 job, i.e. long hours. Because it's a small organization there isn't as much room for advancement.
