Supportive team and easy communication

I can't think of any

Decent work life balance. Team members and collaboration amongst departments is good. Colleagues are dedicated and inclusive in the work environment.

Terrible communication from upper management. Misleading and often confusing goals and KPIs from management. Difficult to understand what is expected of the role and often doing extra work outside of the scope of the role. Limited upward mobility/lacking clear promotions. Rewards company loyalty and time served over dedication and hard work in the role.
