Work from home, flexible schedule, more leads than you ever imagined. They handle the major parts of getting policies issued and delivered.

Comp plan is always changing- makes them appear inept and GREEDY! Numerous gatekeepers keep the agents' production and payout down. Case managers are ok, but don't touch the applications as much as they should. Case managers should manage cases- not write applications also. Delivery team is not well trained in the parts of the insurance policy, so good luck knowing if your policy is as was requested on the application.

Nice group of agents - having the best of intentions. all sucked into the same web trying to keep their jobs.

The owner pits people against each other and has developed a planned failure system. NO ONE can exist longer than a year.
