There is a great work/life balance, and a solid understanding of the importance of professional development.

There is not enough effort put towards building a common set of goals for the company. Individual teams function separately, and not enough time is spent building bridges so the whole company can work together. There is also a lack of emphasis placed on important foundations, such as process and documentation.
