      InsureThat is quite a special company to work for. Never have I ever worked from an employee that takes such great lengths to make people feel excellent. We are constantly reinforced in a positive way, and further help or training is always available. They truly do care for their own and their customers.

      Most of the team were lovely to work with, the company really pushed to find a place for you to work best in. Overall this company is good as a starting point in insurance, but I wouldn’t call it a long term career option.

      Treatment of employees really did seem like a popularity contest, if you were well liked you could get away with murder, but if you weren’t you would be berated for minor mistakes The severe lack of staff with no sign of any new staff did not help. The team dynamic really broke down with the addition of a certain individual who was rarely pulled up on their behaviour. There is minimal career progression opportunities within the company.
