I work here because I like the team I work on. However, the development teams are relatively isolated, so I can't speak to the other teams Moving towards good Agile processes. Merit increases are very small. Bonuses are rare for anyone other than top performers. A lot of lip service to diversity without any real action. A large portion of the company is owned by a private equity firm, so profits are always put first. There is no employee stock plan or pension here.
