      Lacks vision and growth. Poor leadership. They use outdated softwares and methodologies. Yearly bonuses and hikes are a joke. False promises from sales team impacting the customers and other teams. Company has a new ceo with no insurance tech experience.

      Low pay. No clear path for advancement. Leadership is inconsistent. Over committed to validating their huge investment in AI. CEO feels aloof and entirely disconnected from every other employee.
