Vantaggi
- Friendly and hardworking colleagues. - Company Brand is well known and liked in the industry and makes reaching out to people easy. - Finish early on Fridays: Nice touch and the weekly wrap up with all departments discussing their achievements is good.
Svantaggi
- 5 Days In Office: No office equipment provided, no exaggerations made here. They even encourage you to use your own personal laptop to save money. 9-6pm everyday with WFH being non-existent. - They don't tell you in the interview that the company takes two weeks off in August, which is mandatory. It sounds nice on paper; however, this time is deducted from your annual leave, leaving you with only 10-11 annual leave days for the whole year. - High Staff Turnover: Within 3 months about a quarter of the workforce resigned/sacked. Leaves a strange feeling in the office with constant hiring and firing. Leads to low morale. - No Training: The company provides no formal training, and you will be expected to perform at the same level as those who have been in the role for years, even during your first 1-2 months. - Low Morale/Office Gossip: In the office morale was overall low, financial stress of the company bleeds down and underpay/overwork leads to an overall negative culture. - In summary there were a lot of negatives, not mentioning the fact you may be threatened with being fired within 2-3 months of joining, you will be treated like a child at school, toilets are very smelly/skid marks & Company has baited and switched candidates i.e. pretending they will join one company and once they joined they are put in a entirely different role/company.
