I worked at Insyght Interactive for 2.5 years. I had the great fortune of being Rina's assistant and also Project Coordinator. While working at Insyght, you will develop attention to detail and develop a keen understanding of an overall process. The CEO and other leaders are invested in helping you present well to the client and internally. The goal is to be happy and provide accuracy and efficiency in all endeavors. The agency has a group of wonderful people who are highly intelligent, kind-hearted and everyone is dedicated to performing with a high-level of efficiency and ensuring the client is taken care of. The CEO organizes company picnics, holiday and birthday parties and a great Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner which are always super fun and delicious.

We had a 9/80 schedule with 3 day weekends every other week. We switched back to the 5 day/40 hour work week which was an adjustment. :)
