The company expects you to fulfil your side of the contract but they do not fulfil there’s. They work you like robots, management only pay attention to you when you’re making sales otherwise you’re nothing. People who aren’t managers overstepping their roles. It’s all a mess, just save yourself!

No weekends, made some great friends

Management are fake and don’t know what they are doing, try to enforce rules they can’t even follow themselves, constantly trying to manage people out, give you a “promotion” without a pay rise so they can dump all the sh*t they don’t want to do on you. False promises. No room or programmes for progression
