Not a whole lot of room for advancement. Higher management makes some questionable decisions. Company is still haunted by its troubled past mistakes. Lower level employees are forced to pay for upper management's mistakes. Plans change constantly. Vacation/sick days are use it or lose it every year. Big mistakes by employees are often met with no consequences. Stock price has steadily been declining over the past 3 years.
