Welcoming working environment, everyone is kind and helpful, especially to new people. It's easy to form long-lasting friendships on the job. Nice working location with small perks, such as discounted food at the food court, cheap office snacks in the lobby, free gym membership, and random company events that provide food/drinks and Samsung merch. Opportunity to WFH depending on your manager.

Not much opportunity for upward mobility in career, at least not for the first 3 years of your working experience (depending on who you are and who you network with actually). Not many benefits offered, such as sick pay, 401k savings, stock, stuff like that. Bonuses and raises are rare. Depending on your team manager, the workload might be too much.
