No work life balance - Recensione dipendente - Claim Adjuster presso Intact

Staff is over worked , no work life balance, coming in on weekends to work is expected in an attempt to catch up, Management is unaware of company morale and frankly don't care, 2 major acquisitions over the past few years yet no focus on staffing appropriately, Management is very closed off to new ideas and are essentially order takers for upper management, probably the worst company morale I have ever witnessed , staff to a person is overworked, technology is out dated, but morale of worker's is the biggest for me, steer clear if possible, you have been warned
