Poor management - Recensione dipendente - Data Scientist presso Intact

- Frequent mandatory meetings with little updates - Low total compensation - High turnover(especially in the datalab) - High stress with low impact work - Poor and inefficient data management - Lack of employee recognition - Few friends and co-workers got a completely different treatment the moment they handed their resignation from management. I would not recommend the datalab at all. Still looking for exit opportunities as this place is just not the place to be to continue growing.
