Thank you for leaving us a detailed review. We hear you on both counts, the things you like and the areas that need improvement. We are working on the feedback we received through the engagement survey and are actively working on streamlining the workload. With regard to pay, there are many complex factors to consider, especially in a changing market. As you mentioned, we are a large company. As a large company in a country whose multicultural identity grows yearly, our DEI efforts showcase the history and social inequalities many people endure and live with.
