- Some managers are really dumb and can't grasp basic leadership skills - Day to day work is heavily controlled and dictated by senior management. There is lack of autonomy for staff. - Work is assigned randomly and not really well planned - your next day could be a hot mess or could be nothing - Low pay - Little career opportunity, no dialogue for career planning - There is little respect for vendors, contractors, and other non-internal staff - Staff and general company is old and outdated
