Limited web-based only training, poor leadership, lack of managerial guidance/support. Don’t be suckered in by their “self-managed PTO” garbage. It fails to comply with a number of state employer-paid sick time laws, and is only their not so clever way of preventing employees from taking time away from work. Work/life balance is a struggle, as the company is aggressively expanding their territory without adequate staffing/training. The claims team is very lean but the volume of incoming claims and average caseload is very high. Resentment and retaliation should be expected when an employee requires time off of work and/or reports concerns. The organization takes a cavalier attitude toward compliance with jurisdictional laws/regulations and encourages their employees to turn a blind eye to unethical and illegal practices. Limited opportunity for career growth/advancement due to the size of department/organization. Candidates, run. Intact, do better.
