So far behind the pack in terms of technology, culture, people. People don't care, most people are waiting to retire or get made redundant, extremely low performance culture Leaders have zero emotional intelligence. Everyone knows the company can close down any minute or get sold, no one cares about it's future- not execs, not people on the floor Also, stop promoting people because they're old so they must know what they're doing - you're surrounding yourself with people who don't care to make a different and don't challenge the status quo.
