I have worked for RSA for just under 3 years now and i couldn't fault them. They help you progress in the workplace (if that's your aim) and the staff/managers are lovely! They are fair and I have been in 2 call centres previous to this one and I honestly can't see a reason i would ever leave. You get mid-year bonus based on if you meet KPI's and if you don't meet your targets you have a customer manager resolver and team coach to help you and they go out of their way to make sure you're happy! - they also raise money for charities and get involed with great causes like price!

Weekend working but I there aren't many call centres that dont require you to work some weekends, I only do around 4 Saturdays in 8 weeks!
