      people are good but management are not good

      There is no work life balance , especially in CIO team , where most project are legacy-based. Skill development is limited in new technology. and management is reluctant to take ownership of improvement

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
