During my 45-days of employment, the company has demonstrated keen interest in the well-being of their employees thus far. Within 45-days cons are currently limited to speak on. However, because everyone is on a different hybrid schedule the office is not at full capacity with staff and, therefore, you don't get the full experience as it pertains to the company's culture. Therefore, it is important to establish internal working relationships, networks and attend internally hosted company staff meetings to facilitate on this regard in an effort to feel and sense the full picture of the company.
