None unethical salary deduction, promise to pay for notice period but after joining will not pay. Very abusive atmosphere, in the time of pandemic though the company was fully operational but deducted salaries.

Very abusive environment, no job security, when they want to remove somebody they will do it with immediate effect without even paying for the notice period, and if employees move out they harass them by giving notice of recovery. Treat employees as labours. No dignity
