Working here is challenging but rewarding.

There’s a lot of pressure to perform at an exceedingly high level, which has honestly done wonders for my productivity, even though it took some time for me to adjust to their standards.

Very low turnover within the company, most employees have an extensive work history with the company and products. More than just another job, this company has great opportunities for someone who is consistently improving and learning. It has the benefits of having 75+ employees, but still feels like a small company.

If you are just looking to punch a clock and not take any personal responsibility, this is probably not the right fit.
