I have been working over 9 years in Integra where my career starts here.... My Title gives the simple approach to all - People should focus on both favoring or for the growth of both individual and the company.... Pros: 1. Friendly Management – Directors, Managers and HR makes a friendly with both career and personally. But guys think that everything will be reciprocated how you behaves within the company. 2. Recognize: Identifying the best values of people’s skills and growth. They keenly watch how the performance goes with each individual. 3. Work Environment: Friendly and motivating superiors and co-workers. 4. Timing: it’s not opt to decide by the management or HR. It’s entirely based on the team projects and completion of their task assigned. The HR policy of timing is 9:30hrs of work (it includes both breaks and lunch). No one asking to stay for longtime (answer to the reviewers before). 5. Importance to Employees: Both the management and HR team maintains and ask for employee issues. Guiding them both career based and personal based. 6. Profit Sharing: Based on the individual potential and performance, everyone getting paid like an incentive every month. Thanks to Mr. Rajesh, Director, UK Operations for introducing such benefits to the employees. Most of the team getting such benefits based on the revenue gained by the team. 7. Learning: We can learn many stuffs in Integra which helps both for individual and company growth. 8. Entertaining: Conducting few stuffs like Yearly Sports Meet, Pongal Celebrations, Christmas Celebrations, etc. But we need some regular activities which helps to low our stress level. 9. Management Trips There are lots of good things to share. But these are the most important things.

1. Timer System: Using some productivity tools does not help every team. Either it should be followed by everyone or withdraw the system. The system makes the employee tense and frustrating about the timesheet system. 2. Using of Mobile Phones: Due to security purpose, they are not allowing the mobile phones inside the workplace. But not allowing the mobile phones in cafeteria makes trouble and dissatisfaction the management. 3. No Fun activities. 4. No Maximum Leave days. 5. Management to assist the Business Development Team to develop more work. 6. Scared to other team: Few staffs feel scared to speak to other team members. This should be avoided as they are not going to share things about the team.
