Integra employees are some of the smartest, most ambitious people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Integra consistently attracts, hires and nurturers high performers who have entrepreneurial spirits and aren't afraid to speak their mind and know that their opinions and ideas will be valued. For those who speak up, know what they want, and are willing to work for it, the opportunities are limitless. The CEO cares about employees' well being and always tries to make larger, strategic decisions with them in mind. Generally, there's a good work/life balance here, and even as we grow, the company continues to feel like family.

As a high growth-oriented company, employees have to be willing to embrace change and adjust to shifts in direction quickly. Integra is not for the meek or those who want to simply punch a time clock and head home. The company's military foundation makes the company stronger; this "all hands on deck" mentality has its limitations on remote work and flexible schedules.

One star each for the people that work their butts off there and benefits which were excellent. Owner can really take care of his people when they need it most.

Constant employee and management shuffle causes instability and lack of continuous vision for the future...Cronyism leads to keeping people who aren't adding value well past their shelf life, promoting for the wrong reasons and stifling those who came to contribute. Employees constantly in fear of getting on senior management's bad side for no reason other than they're not the current flavor of the month. Poor communication of compensation plans and then decisions to not pay out...just say one way or the other up front. Decisions made in a vacuum and no cohesive strategy ever trickles down for the departments to work towards...only revenue. If there is a plan then share it! Need more women at the top and less alpha males jockeying for position.
