For those who speak up, know what they want, and are willing to work for it, the opportunities are limitless. The CEO cares about employees' well being and always tries to make larger, strategic decisions with them in mind. Generally, there's a good work/life balance here, and even as we grow, the company continues to feel like family.

As a high growth-oriented company, employees have to be willing to embrace change and adjust to shifts in direction quickly. Integra is not for the meek or those who want to simply punch a time clock and head home. The company's military foundation makes the company stronger; this "all hands on deck" mentality has its limitations on remote work and flexible schedules.
