The flexibility allowed was excellent, I could work from home and pretty much set my own hours as long as I was available 40 a week and answered emails and hit my deadlines. The CEO and managers were also very caring people.

Sometimes it was hard to communicate with other teams because of time differences. While I understand that's difficulty that comes with working for a global team, sometimes it got in the way of completing things in a timely manner.

Employees. There's a great group of geekdom in the office, which is great. The ability to have a flexible job that allows you to work from home in the case of an emergency is great. your cubicle gets decorated in your birthday and everyone is really nice.

salary is not competitive. You end up doing the job of three people, usually at your own risk of having to be reprimanded because you didn't do something that is totally out of your control or even in the realm of your job requirements. Project schedules can sometimes be gruesome, which sometimes requires you to work late or even take work home.
