I had no cons for my part.

No work ethic. You can do whatever you want. No one's watching you. Can work at ur own pace.

It's a very open, company-wide "thing" that they pay well below the market. They seem to kind of take pride in it or something. It's very weird. They have an awful work culture. There is no accountability. The CTO guy has been there for a long time and you can tell that he's checked out. He's never around and to make everyone else ok with that, he promotes this policy of just do whatever you want so it's a great place to learn at ur own pace. You will just never go anywhere because there's no where to go. It's a small I.T. dept of about 15 people. Next, the office is actually in a warehouse that you share with migrant workers. It is dirty and it smells awful. You often have to wait to use the bathrooms which are unsanitary. It's gross. And also freezing cold. It is a warehouse after all. Also, it's as far west as you can go in this valley. It's way out next to Kenicott mine! Wasn't a fun place. Oh vacation starts at 2 weeks too. Crazy.
