Me taking 2 years to write a review because I know I'd hear excuses or get blamed. Running multiple job hats (coach, TL/ShiftLead, system operator, general administration) without salary protections. Non-transparent business choices, shady client handling, retaliatory business practices, suppressed wages, bulk contacts even without result at cost of clients. In-clique of 6 people that act nice but turn on you in a snap. Never got promised wage amount, was "training" in administration and board meetings for 18 months and told by immediate supervisor Not To Ask for final wage. Company has shut down other locations, lied about payment processing failures but managed to process payments in states they lost lawsuits about that in at the same time, I hear it's been bought out since, I'd hope the newer management is better, I do not know nor trust it. I'm literally making twice as much in parallel positions elsewhere.
