Management empowers the Directors at the community level to make the decisions that they feel are best for the associates, residents and families. They equip the Communities and front line associates with the systems and tools necessary to provide the highest quality of life to the residents.

While each of the systems are adequate on there own, lack of system integration requires duplicate entries.
