I have worked for Integral Senior Living for 3 years as Executive Director at a Memory Care Community. With 27 years of experience in Senior Living, I can say without a doubt, ISL is the best of the best. I have never worked with such a caring and focused company that takes great pride in showing how much they value their associates, the true “HEROES” of each community. No matter what position, ISL truly goes over and beyond to show their appreciation. The “culture club” has been implemented at all communities within ISL’s portfolio and embarks upon fun and engaging “appreciation” activities for associates in recognition for their hard work and dedication, day after day. By escalating the positive energy of the work environment and by creating a spirited and upbeat feeling, associates want to come to work every day, and continue to have fun and work hard. Communication within ISL is outstanding.
