I have worked for Integral Senior Living for 3 years as Executive Director at a Memory Care Community. With 27 years of experience in Senior Living, I can say without a doubt, ISL is the best of the best. As in ISL’s Mission Statement we are “creating value for residents, employees, and owners by providing quality senior care, and a fulfilling work environment” every day. If you are “passionate about senior care in an empowering environment that offers autonomy and personal growth” this is the company for you! I have never worked with such a caring and focused company that takes great pride in showing how much they value their associates, the true “HEROES” of each community. No matter what position, ISL truly goes over and beyond to show their appreciation. The “culture club” has been implemented at all communities within ISL’s portfolio and embarks upon fun and engaging “appreciation” activities for associates in recognition for their hard work and dedication, day after day. By escalating the positive energy of the work environment and by creating a spirited and upbeat feeling, associates want to come to work every day, and continue to have fun and work hard. Communication within ISL is outstanding. The ISL support teams, (from the President/CEO of ISL, to the VP’s and Regional Teams), are always willing and readily available to assist when necessary in a manner that is positive, proficient, caring, passionate and professional. ISL is recognized as a leader in the industry for all the reasons stated, and while the company continues to grow, so does the integrity of the company. With the ever-changing times of Covid-19, and national disasters, etc., ISL has continued to support and implement the necessary tools, and safety measures no matter what the needs are. Respectful and transparent communication with residents, family members and associates is always a priority. Department Heads throughout ISL communities are held accountable to their leadership roles and performance is monitored through engagement surveys. Benefits are excellent, there is a great healthcare plan, and work life balance is encouraged. Working for ISL will enable you to continue to learn, grow, and achieve your goals personally and professionally, while changing our resident’s lives for the better!
