Svantaggi

The company leadership talks a lot about values and principles, but from my experience these values sometimes seemed to change depending on the situation and the decisions leadership wanted to justify. This created a stressful and unstable work environment where many employees did not feel secure or fully trust leadership decisions. This could be seen in several internal practices, especially around performance reviews, resignations, and employees leaving the company. One of the biggest concerns was the lack of clear objectives and KPIs. In many situations, performance standards felt unclear or inconsistent, which made employees feel that performance evaluations could become subjective rather than fully measurable. One example that raised concerns for many employees was the “Transformers” initiative. It was introduced as a program to help underperforming employees improve their skills, but some employees felt it was also being used as part of a process that encouraged people to leave the company rather than genuinely support development. Another concern was the sudden departure of several high-level employees and managers without much transparency or communication internally. From what I remember, there were multiple cases like this during 2025, which created uncertainty and speculation among employees. There was also a strong perception internally that top management decisions were heavily influenced by one specific individual whose approach negatively affected both the business and the work environment. Employees who openly disagreed with her decisions or challenged certain ideas sometimes felt excluded or targeted afterward, which created fear around speaking honestly or sharing different opinions. Recently, the company also appeared to struggle with retaining some accounts and clients, which many employees linked to management decisions and overall business direction. At the same time, there was growing pressure placed on younger developers regarding skill levels and performance, despite the fact that hiring and workforce planning decisions originally came from leadership itself. Many employees felt that the company culture changed significantly once financial pressure increased. Another disappointing situation for many employees was the cancellation of the bonus program. Several people joined the company with the understanding that this program was part of the overall compensation package. Later, the program was suddenly deactivated, which damaged trust and created frustration due to the lack of transparency and communication around the decision. The company also rarely described these situations as direct layoffs. Instead, some employees felt pressured into resigning voluntarily after experiencing continuous pressure, negative feedback, or concerns about future career impact if they stayed. Because of this, many employees believed they were losing important tenure-related compensation and benefits tied to formal termination processes. There were also situations where employees felt pressured to sign documents within very short deadlines, without enough time to properly review or consider their options. In some cases, contracts were replaced with newer contracts that affected tenure history. Other employees felt pressured to accept lower salary agreements due to restructuring or performance-related discussions. Many employees believed these situations reflected poor planning and reactive operational decisions. Overall, from my experience, the combination of inconsistent leadership decisions, unclear KPIs, lack of transparency, internal politics, and high-pressure management practices created a stressful and unhealthy work environment that I personally would not recommend for professionals looking for stability, fairness, transparency, and long-term career growth.
