Vantaggi

Nice ppl, set hours, relaxed job if you have nice management they can buy food and things for their employees. Peak season you can get a lot of hours of your willing to give up your life for them.

Svantaggi

No advancement unless someone quits, no raises ever, split shift, exposed to the weather, unless there is a lot of lightning they don't care they will leave you out there hot or freezing to death or make you buy their clothes with like your whole pay check.

Working around the airline industry was always fun and interesting. Everyone I ever worked with in that atmosphere were team players.

The hours were not that great, but our compensation made up for that.

At the time there was solid station manager overseeing the SEA station. He did a great job of running the station and making the best of it even though he got little backing from the corporate office in Denver.

Svantaggi

The owner of the company and many corporate "officers." They did not value the employees and saw them as expendable. Little to no money was put into the station and the station equipment was old and prone to frequent breakdowns.
