ICS is a compassionate employer given the nature of the work and the management team cares very much about the well-being of the employees. Our Executive Director, Abby, is one of the kindest and one of the most hard-working people I have had the honor of meeting and working with. The staff, and particularly the management staff, are knowledgeable and experienced. ICS employs some of the all-around best people I have known in my lifetime. The empathetic nature of the people and work provides a level of work experience and growth that is unique to the organization and a gift to all those who work there.
