      Good, smart and caring people in lower level management. Lots of opportunity to learn. Decent benefits but great PTO.

      Undervalued IT department. Low raises. Understaffed teams lead to more stress and more responsibility on people. IT hardly status afloat and may not be sustainable long term. Lightly many middle and lower level management seems to understand but upper management couldn't care less it seems. Developers are not given all the resources that other companies offer our enough to do their job the best they can. Culture slowly became more corporate as Danaher took over and doesn't give the smaller company feel it used to

      Excellent stepping stone into a career in the Biomedical Industry. Met a lot of great people through working here.

      No lateral growth available in any sector. Once you get in you will not see a difference in benefits or pay unless you commit 10+ years to the company, partially blamed on size of facility and lack of investment in employees. Compensation is not competitive to industry standards.
