      Nice atmosphere with fellow peers and freedom of listening to music while you work. Not too busy

      Management seems to be unfair and cryptic, cliques/favoritism across all shifts, no room to move up the ladder and repetitive/busy work.

      Excellent stepping stone into a career in the Biomedical Industry. Met a lot of great people through working here.

      No lateral growth available in any sector. Once you get in you will not see a difference in benefits or pay unless you commit 10+ years to the company, partially blamed on size of facility and lack of investment in employees. Compensation is not competitive to industry standards.
