      Most of the sales are inbound & are customers that are already looking to buy. The average deal size is small and a lot of what you are dealing with is transactional sales.

      No lateral growth available in any sector. Once you get in you will not see a difference in benefits or pay unless you commit 10+ years to the company, partially blamed on size of facility and lack of investment in employees. Compensation is not competitive to industry standards.
