Changed healthcare structure mid plan year leaving employees no option to change if desired. Leadership claims to be family oriented but often contacts off work hours and does not respect your family situation if it does not meet their plans, If leadership wants you to take a different role they will not stop pushing until you do what they want or quit. Leadership will make very inappropriate comments and there is no HR to make a complaint to - any complaint will go directly back to the leadership. If you are not part of the top original persons of the company, you are not important.
