I can respectfully think of no reason to work for, to trust, or to communicate in any way with this company.

I was hired at a market rate for software engineers. After 2 days on the job, they decided to change my contract and demand that I work at a much lower rate. I respectfully attempted to counter. They let me go with no notice and no explanation after four days of work. They never paid me either. Not one cent. I got lucky and got another offer a day later. That stipulation in the contract of not getting paid if you depart for any reason within two weeks is there for a reason. You can expect to have rate/salary lowered in your first week - and if you don't, then you will be gone too. Don't trust these people. Don't trust their subcontractors either.

Competitive pay, bonuses, good 401k

Zero communication with management after initial hire. No training offered.
