We're in the business of life safety - our focus is on nurse call and physical security systems. These technologies (like any other technology based industry/company) are ever changing. We attend numerous training sessions/classes for product knowledge and various certifications. The con would be that sometimes the technology isn't the easiest to grasp. Some people have trouble really getting in to it. I've found that if you're not passionate about something, you won't "get it". This industry just isn't for everyone.
