Great company to work for. Very friendly.

No cons that I can think of.

I started at this company as an intern and have had to opportunity to work within each department. Everyone who works here is extremely helpful when you have questions and/or need assistance with something. I was hired to be an Account Manager for the company, but I first wanted to learn more about the installation process to better understand what I would be selling. I have been working along side of the techs for the past few months and I am really impressed with the hard work and quality work these guys put in. It makes me confident that we are selling not only the best quality products to our clients, but also making sure that it is installed correctly. Both of the owners are great people to work for. They are extremely dedicated to what they do and they go above and beyond to listen and act on the needs/requests of the employees for a better workplace. I enjoy working for this company and I look forward to the future at IST.

As an intern, there was some confusion about what role I would have in the sales team when I was hired, but this has been resolved and the company has put together some on-boarding procedures for new hires. This really isnt a con, considering it was brought up and quickly resolved, but its the only issue I had with the company I can think of.
