Risposta di Integrated Technology Group
8yThank you for feedback. We value and consider all feedback with the aim to correct and improve on those concerns listed. It is a priority of ITG to not only make our business the best in its field but also make ITG the best place its employees have ever worked. In light of that, I'm disappointed to hear of your experience with us.
I also want to take a moment to address some of the specific concerns you shared in your feedback. We care deeply for our employees and ensure that they're being appropriately compensated for the work they contribute. I sincerely apologize if that was not the message you got, and we are currently working to enhance our employee experience. As far as employee turnover, it’s extremely common in our particular industry. Often times employees will hop to another job once they’ve gained more experience and training. That being said, our restrictive covenant is not uncommon in our industry either, and many other technology companies have them. Non-compete clauses/agreements are very legal in the state of Virginia. Restrictive covenants are designed to prevent the likelihood that our company would financially invest a considerable amount in the education, training and development of an employee, only to have that employee leave and start their own business within the same industry. Such restrictive covenants are not indefinite. Our goal is not to hinder our employees but to position ourselves to support their career growth.
As mentioned before, we strive to make ITG the best environment that our employees have ever worked in. We are not perfect, but we are honest. And we encourage you in your employment endeavors.
Thank you for your feedback,
Paul Meadows, CEO
