Asking for a salary raise is like going into a power play. You ask and they give you a little more than your current salary to show you who is boss. COO is rude and disrespectful and if the management dont like you then you should leave.

Improve. - High turnover, so don't get too attached to your amazing colleagues because they will and should leave for better opportunities. - Healthcare is zero. It's only there so you can get a doctor's note to ask for sick leave. There aren't even in person doctor visits or prescriptions. Only advice, which you can Google for yourself. - No opportunity or room to grow. Or then you grow but without the corresponding salary raises or benefits, and maybe even without the title change.
